PROBLEM: Client provided static mockup of web design with requirements of ease content updating and quickness of page loading. Site will be used by both educators and the public with older browsers, so all coding needed to be backwards compatible to 4.0 brower versions.
SOLUTION: Created a .php based template system with static HTML content areas for ease of updating text and images.
