PROBLEM: PSU Center for Excellence in Writing needed a web presence to diseminate information about events and resource materials to students, faculty and administrators. The client had a small budget, so the design coding phases of the project needed to occur rapidly.
SOLUTION: Created an easy to update flat HTML design that allows for the content to be the focal point of the site.
