Specification Authoring & Information Architecture: Outlines to flowcharts including page by page identification of dynamic content and information flow. From point of sales and web site integration, database driven applications and general site layouts, information architecture plays an important role in any successfull web venture.

I can help you create project timelines, scoping of requirements and assignments in both small and large development teams to independent consultant guidelines.

MY PROCESS

I work under both verbal and written contracts. With each new project, I provide a written synopsis, cost projection and guarantee of services rendered in legal format. A retainer is required before any work begins. To prevent client dissatisfaction, I encourage and provide the client with reviews of the work during the design/authoring process. Payment schedules often follow these reviews.
